Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed
  • The item must be in original condition, with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused. No debates.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Limited drops or exclusive releases
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
